Lindsey O'Neill

Registered Physiotherapist

I’ve had a passion for sports all my life, mainly hockey and soccer, and I was lucky enough to play 5 years of varsity hockey during my time at university. Through all my years of sports I have had my fair share of injuries and I know how tough it can be to go through that.

My goal as a physiotherapist is to help people overcome their injuries and focus on injury prevention, no matter what sport or hobby they are trying to get back to. I use a combined approach of manual therapy and exercise to maximize the benefits of my treatments. I also work as a personal trainer and have a lot of knowledge and experience when it comes to exercise prescription.

When I’m not in the clinic you can usually find me at the rink playing hockey or tending to the players of the Collingwood Blues Junior A team. I also really enjoy working out at the gym and going on hikes.
