Matt Sheldon

Co-Owner + Registered Physiotherapist

My physiotherapy focus is on getting people back to what they love doing from sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. Whether this be returning from injury and getting back on the pitch for the big game, or wanting to being able to cook without elbow pain, I get the same buzz from helping you reach your goals.

I am experienced with a range of conditions, and have completed further training in manual therapy, exercise and dry needling. I take an active approach to physio and rehab, which means you will be moving, exercising and involved in your own recovery process.

Outside of the clinic I am an active person. I grew up playing every sport I could find, mainly football (soccer), and now I split my time between running, being in the gym, and playing golf as much as possible.

I am married to my Physio Hub partner in crime Robyn, and we have 2 young boys to keep us busy. We love heading up to the family cottage, and exploring the Georgian Bay area for hikes, trails, beaches, coffee shops, and local breweries :).
