sunnybrook concussion resources

A great resource for good quality concussion information is the Sunnybrook Health Centre's 'About a concussion' website.

It gives a clear summary of what a concussion is, what recovery is like, and the symptoms involved. It also gives tips about how to be aware of your own recovery, and things that should be in place.

This is not a replacement for in-person care and management of a concussion. But it is a resource that I will send clients to reinforce some of the things we discuss or are implementing for their recovery.

The link to the website is here, and it is a great resource for everyone involved in the recovery to spend some time looking at (family members, close friends, caregivers etc).

If you have any questions please do contact us and we will be happy to advise and help with your concussion recovery.
